Description CUMMINS INSITE 9.2

Cummins INSITE v9.2.0 diagnostic tool
Application that works with Cummins electronic control modules (ECMs) to diagnose and troubleshoot engine problems, store and analyze information about an engine, modify an engine parameters.
Retrieve current or recorded data about an engine, alter ECM settings, store data for viewing at a later time, and analyze data to monitor and assess the operation of your engine.

Insite v.9 changes and features:
New Diagnostic Tests
- EGR Valve Actuator Test
Allows override of EGR Valve Actuator position to troubleshoot and isolate performance issues

New Advanced ECM Data
- Engine Protection Overload
Provides engine protection to prevent damage when the brake load on the engine is excessive, records the latest five torque derate events and configuration information
- Engine Protection High Temperature Coolant Inlet Pressure High
Provides record of the latest five engine derate and shutdown events when High Temperature Coolant Inlet Pressure is detected above operational threshold
- NOx Control Diagnostics History
Provides history of NOx related error events for Urea Quality Sensor, Selective Catalyst Reductant and Urea Tank Manager for Inland Water Ways applications

New Features and Parameters
- Grid Heater Indicator Multiplexing
Allows configuration to use switch input and set source address via the datalink instead of a physical ECM input
- Variable Oil Pump Oil Pressure
Provides the capability to monitor oil pressure for variable oil pump
- Accelerator Pedal Auto Zero
Provides the capability to turn the auto zero request on or off within the primary throttle table
- Calibration Verification Number
Allows the support for calibration verification information available for compliance with R156 regulation
- OEM Engine Run Time
Provides total time that engine has been running for OEM applications
- Aftertreatment Control Module Internal Temperature
Allows ability to monitor the internal temperature of an Aftertreatment Control Module
- Aftertreatment Marine DEF Off Mode
Allows ability for the dosers to be turned off while the Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) circulation is still operational and track active time
- Gear Skip Shift Detection
Detects high engine acceleration events and tracks occurrences over life of the engine
